With effect of the 1st of January 2011 Combois now has 17 members from all over the world.

COMBOIS is not generally seeking additional members, but the organization wants to expand
membership to qualified members in markets that represent a significant volume of business

AGM 2010 - USA
Combois e.V. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on September 20 and 21, 2010 hosted by its United States member Stiles Machinery Inc.
During the meeting Fritz Peine was unanimously re-elected President. Peter Kleinschmidt, President of Stiles Machinery, Inc., Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA and Jesper Nicholaisen of Nicholaisen A/S, Denmark were re-confirmed as Vice Presidents and members of the Board.

AGM 2009 - Spain
Hosted by its Spanish member MAESMA the international member countries of Combois e.V. met in Bilbao, the commercial center of the Basque region of Spain and home of the famed Guggenheim museum designed by Frank Gehry.
AGM 2008 - Sweden
The COMBOIS Annual Meeting took place in Jönköping, Sweden in September. Specially
welcomed were the new members Jorge Panjkovich from Importaciones Limaq Ltda.,
Chile and Omar Najjar from Arab Technical Equipment LLS, UAE. They participated
in the AGM for the first time.
Mr. Fritz Peine of Heinrich KUPER GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, was re-elected as the
President. Peter Kleinschmid, President of Stiles Machinery, Inc, USA, was re-confirmed
as Vice President. Jesper Nicholaisen from Nicholaisen AS, Denmark was elected as a
second Vice President.
Our member Mared J. AB Ingenjörsfirman from Sweden invited all members
to hold the Annual General Meeting.

and W & R Jack Ltd. from New Zealand (www.jacks.co.nz) with effect from

Now in its 41st year COMBOIS enjoys the membership of leading companies from
18 countries on 5 different continents.

40th Anniversary of COMBOIS.
The 2007 COMBOIS Annual Meeting took place near Milan, Italy, and marked the 40th Anniversary of this unique organization. COMBOIS was founded in 1967 through an initiative by Heinrich Kuper, Germany, with the mission to exchange technical know-how and practical experience between the members. Today we have 16 members from countries all over the world.
Our member Albricci s.r.l. from Italy invited all members to hold the Annual General Meeting in September.
